For our business unit Nipro Medical Europe, based in Germany, we are looking for a Director of Manufacturing Operations (m/f/d).
As Director of Manufacturing Operations (m/f/d), you will be responsible for monitoring our production operations at Nipro Medical Europe’s manufacturing sites in Germany and Spain to ensure that manufacturing processes run smoothly, efficiently and on budget. Your tasks will also include defining plans for the standardisation of processes and the expansion of production capacities to ensure that our production facilities can meet the growing demand of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Strategic management of the production sites in Spain and Germany in close cooperation with the plant managers and the management team
- Control, organisation and planning of all production and supply chain activities
- Ensuring efficient and stable production through pragmatic solutions and strategic future planning in line with sales and customer requirements
- Managing the profit and loss accounts and investments of the production sites
- Identification and realisation of synergies between the sites
- Harmonisation of quality management systems
- Employee management and motivation as well as identifying and planning the necessary personnel development measures
- Introduction and further development of a new ERP system
- Ensuring and complying with legal framework conditions
- You will be a member of the NME management team
