YOUR PROFILE

We’re looking for a marketing leader who “has been there and done that”. Your background should include:

• A proven track record as a marketing leader in a B2B software/tech environment.
• Experience targeting mid-market and enterprise clients, ideally those with technical personas (product, development, finance), across EU and US markets.
• A deep understanding of growth marketing, including demand generation, inbound, outbound, and content strategies to fuel the marketing engine. Knowledge of product and brand marketing is a plus.
• At least 4 years of experience leading marketing teams, with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales and product teams.
• High standards for yourself and your team, coupled with a growth mindset.
• Must be based within EU time zones (non-negotiable requirement). You feel comfortable with remote work.

• You’re responsible for content marketing to foster our brand authority in the field and to fuel the growth engine.
• Implement fast, iterative experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies. Adapt quickly to the startup environment and respond to rapid changes with agility.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Foster a collaborative environment that aligns closely with sales and other departments.
