As the Director of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain’s growth and dynamic environment. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end marketing activities. The desired candidate is a strong people leader, with proven expertise in content development and campaign management.
This role will report directly to the CEO and will consistently collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the executive team, sales, and product development in order to create effective marketing strategies for Engrain’s suite of products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead the marketing team by providing mentorship, overseeing team performance, setting clear goals to ensure team alignment, and managing the marketing budget / resources to maximize ROI.
  • Content development: In partnership with the marketing team, create, approve, and distribute exemplary marketing content for use across multiple channels including digital marketing, email campaigns, and the company website.
  • Campaign management: Collaborate with Engrain’s product team and other company leaders to create effective marketing campaigns for Engrain’s suite of products and services. This includes performing market research, identifying possible pricing strategies, supporting product launches, and measuring campaign performance.
  • Brand management: Strengthen and maintain Engrain’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and initiatives.
  • Ecosystem expansion: Leverage Engrain’s partner ecosystem to expand the reach and impact of our alliances, making them a central driver of our growth and success.
