Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Fueling Brains is a growing, Ed-Tech organization poised to change the narrative of Early Childhood Education.We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Marketing in Calgary to lead our marketing initiatives with a strong focus on lead generation, marketing campaign management and digital marketing. This individual will build a remote Content Studio to strengthen the Brand, optimize customer acquisition channels, and ensure alignment across our global marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in creating and executing data-driven marketing strategies that fuel growth, engage audiences, and convert leads.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience (8+ years) in lead generation and digital marketing, particularly in a B2C environment.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, and other marketing automation platforms.
- Experience working with or managing remote teams in a multi geographical set up; strong ability to collaborate across time zones.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, content marketing, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies focused on digital marketing, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Build and collaborate closely with the Content Studio (remote) to create cohesive campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
- Utilize ECRM data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to increase lead generation, conversion rates, and overall effectiveness.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Research and identify emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Drive B2C lead generation and customer acquisition through data-driven strategies.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, product development, and executive teams, to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Build, strengthen and manage external vendors and partnerships where needed.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the marketing team, ensuring continual professional development.
