Position Overview: We are seeking for a Director of Marketing who will take ownership of the digital marketing strategy and initiatives to drive measurable growth. This role will focus on enhancing brand visibility, capturing new audiences, and retaining customers through precise targeting, thoughtful engagement, and comprehensive data analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, marketing automation platforms).
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and scaling digital marketing programs that drive measurable results.
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and develop a team while delivering on ambitious goals.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Digital Marketing Planning
- Develop and implement a full-spectrum digital marketing plan to advance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Focus on KPIs that align with core business goals, including customer acquisition, lead generation, and retention metrics.
- Multi-Channel Campaign Execution
- Lead and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEO/SEM, paid ads, email, and social media to drive meaningful engagement.
- Implement A/B testing and personalization strategies to enhance campaign performance.
- Analytics and Continuous Optimization
- Leverage data analytics to track campaign performance, make data-informed adjustments, and deliver on ROI targets.
- Use insights from customer behavior analytics and marketing data to refine and iterate on strategies continually.
- Customer Acquisition and Engagement
- Develop targeted campaigns that speak directly to customer needs and pain points, delivering relevant and timely content.
- Build retention programs and re-engagement strategies to maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Brand Development and Consistency
- Ensure all digital marketing efforts are consistent with brand values and identity, maintaining a unified and compelling message across all digital touchpoints.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketing specialists, encouraging innovation and professional growth.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
