Description:

SALARY: $60,000 TO $80,000, BASED ON EXPERIENCE

Terrific Director of Marketing & PR position with a nonprofit focused on inspiring young people through arts education. The Director will be a member of the management team and be responsible for overseeing the tactical component of the organization’s marketing initiatives. They will also provide support on the strategic level. There will be a focus on launching campaigns to improve the organization’s reach via print, digital, social, video, events, and public relations. The role will leverage analytics to drive growth and identify areas for improvement. The Director will manage and mentor a Marketing Associate and oversee external consultants. Qualified candidates should have approximately 5+ years of related marketing experience. This position is located in Princeton, NJ and operates on a hybrid schedule. The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000 per year, based on experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience marketing educational programs, arts, or other related service a plus
  • Strong desire to further arts education and an understanding of the importance of arts education
  • Experience integrating DEI practices into marketing initiatives
  • Technologically savvy with the ability to interpret marketing data and analytics
  • Hands-on, self starter, excited about finding solutions for hurdles arising from technical initiatives, etc…
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
