Responsibilities:
This role is for someone who is passionate about emerging technology and innovative, modern marketing strategies. As a high-growth, B2B tech company, you will have the ability to take on significant responsibility across all marketing disciplines – from building brand awareness, demand generation and salesforce enablement. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for defining and leading a multifaceted lifecycle marketing strategy. You won’t be starting from scratch, but you’ll have a lot of opportunity to build and shape our overall strategy, and then execute on it. We are looking for someone who is a builder and wants to dive in - you have both experience in building marketing strategies from the ground up, the tactical skills to execute, and the experience to understand impact and when iteration is required. You will oversee the work of external marketing providers along with leading decisions on how to improve how our marketing is delivered. Over time you will build an in-house marketing team to effectively drive our business objectives. You have relevant experience managing and executing marketing tactics at B2B and enterprise startups, but you also love to learn and continue to push yourself. You are an empowering people manager, have a high EQ, and you love to roll up your sleeves alongside your team.
