Starship Technologies is revolutionizing deliveries with autonomous robots. These robots are designed to deliver food, groceries, and packages across college campuses and neighborhoods in minutes. Starship has now completed millions of autonomous deliveries to date, traveled millions of miles, and is currently doing more than 140k road crossings each day. Our contribution to society includes reducing congestion, and pollution, providing zero-emissions deliveries, increasing the quality of life for residents, empowering seniors and disabled people, and enabling affordable delivery for local businesses.
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to oversee our marketing efforts across Europe and the US.
This is a part-time, 60% position, and we are open to hiring in Estonia, Finland, or Germany.
In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and meet demand within the quick commerce space. Working closely with our Partner Marketing Managers, you will support key clients, including universities, delivery apps, and grocery chains in developing effective, targeted marketing initiatives that fuel success across diverse markets.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing our global marketing strategy across Europe and the US, aligning with business goals and regional market needs
Leading and advising our Partner Marketing Managers, empowering them to drive demand and growth with universities, grocery chains, and delivery app clients
Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Operations to enhance our go-to-market approach
Creating high-impact demand-generation initiatives across digital channels, social media, paid media, and marketplaces
Building Starship’s brand recognition by developing a cohesive, market-leading voice that resonates with B2B2C audiences
Tracking and evaluating campaign performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, and making rapid improvements based on insights
Mentoring a lean marketing team, instilling best practices in partner and demand generation marketing
Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive, cross-channel marketing efforts tailored to client needs
