Through this we have been able to help patients get the results they are seeking for their personal needs. After years of working for corporate chains we took the risk and opened Strive Pharmacy. POSITION SUMMARY

The Marketing Director at Strive Pharmacy will be a hands-on, in-the-trenches leader supporting a variety of marketing functions such as product marketing, marketing operations, social media, content, events, various B2B and D2C efforts, and Trade Marketing. This is a “lead from the front,” and “lead by example” role that will contribute to strategic direction while also rolling up their sleeves and supporting their team as needed. The ideal candidate combines creativity with data-driven decision-making to maximize our long term brand awareness while also achieving quick wins with agility and responsiveness. This position will lead several talented and capable marketing managers that specialize in various marketing functions and have direct reports of their own. This position will report to the Vice President of Marketing.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of marketing experience with 3+ recent years in a multi-unit leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing various marketing teams/specialties simultaneously and overseeing multiple functions.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Strategic thinker with a strong track record of successful marketing strategy development and managing those strategies from cradle to grave.
  • Exceptional leadership and personnel development skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in modern marketing analytics and tools, such as multi-point attribution models.
  • Strong financial acumen, experience in managing budgets, and a focus on ROI.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent ability to inspire, motivate, and lead.
  • Creative problem solver that can translate new learnings into action rapidly.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, rapid growth environment.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and autonomy.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends and consumer behavior.
  • Experience conducting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research with an insatiable curiosity for uncovering and applying insights.
  • Ability to think strategically, consider impacts and dependencies as well as resource needs to achieve targeted objectives and timelines.
