• Residential Construction experience
• Experience working with high performance sales professionals
• Natural ability to communicate numeric information to others
• Strong understanding of Trails internal systems
• Experience in a high-pressure environment
• Contract Management
• Industry Knowledge

• Minimum ten years’ experience in a role with profit management as a core function
• Minimum ten years’ experience in a professional sales environment
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B Sales environment
• Post-Secondary degree/diploma
• Experience managing people and driving KPIs
• Ability to prioritize time and manage multiple short-term and long-term projects simultaneously
• Highly organized and self-motivated to achieve results
• Strong Ability to public speak and provide ownership level presentations
• Experience in conflict management & negotiations
