WHO ARE WE

Greentech was founded in 2008, in Hamburg as a solar PV specialist focusing on Operation & Maintenance and Asset Management of existing and operational solar projects. It is now one of the largest ISP (Independent Service Provider) for solar PV, focusing on Project Development, EPC, Finance, O&M and Asset Management with over 1,000MWp under management and approximately 3GWp of projects in development across Europe. The UK office was formed in 2017 with a team based in Milton Keynes. The UK team focuses on providing operation & maintenance, technical advisory services and the development of utility scale ground mount solar PV projects.

• Leadership of O&M Unit UK incl. management of several Team Leads and coordination of supporting functions
• Further development, realisation and tracking of strategical operational and financial targets for O&M business in UK
• Lead on tenders and contract negotiations with current and potential clients
• Escalation instance to manage customer expectations
• Designing, implementing and ensuring processes for optimizing portfolio availability and ensuring efficient on-site operations and maintenance
• Further development of team structure to deliver highest customer satisfaction
• Further development and implementation of IT tools for steering and documentation of asset lifecycle
• Develop, implement and track KPI for operational and financial excellence
• Strategical Interface to Finance Department
• Strong cooperation and strategical Interface to Central O&M on Processes, Organisation, IT and Finance
• Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and Health & safety standards
