Job Title: Director of Off-Plan Property Sales
Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Off-Plan Property Sales to lead and drive our off-plan property sales division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, setting and achieving ambitious sales targets, and ensuring seamless coordination with the CEO to align with the company’s vision and growth strategy.
Responsibilities:

  1. Team Building & Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of motivated sales agents.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and ongoing support to the sales team to ensure exceptional performance.
  • Develop a positive and results-driven team culture.
  1. Sales Strategy & Execution
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals in the off-plan property segment.
  • Establish and track sales targets for the team, ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs.
  • Develop innovative approaches to attract investors and end-users for off-plan projects.
  1. Client Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with developers to secure exclusive listings and collaborations.
  • Engage with potential investors and clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and other industry forums.
  1. Market Analysis & Reporting
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the off-plan segment.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and provide insights to the CEO for strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulations and company policies.
  1. Collaboration with Leadership
  • Work closely with the CEO to align sales strategies with the company’s long-term objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on team performance, market developments, and sales forecasts.
  1. Process Optimization
  • Establish streamlined sales processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, monitor performance, and improve client engagement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a strong focus on off-plan properties.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including developer projects and regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent leadership and organizational abilities.
  • RERA certification (preferred).
  • Driver’s license and own car is must.
