Description:
I am currently recruiting for leading financial services organisation who are looking for Director of Operational Resilience and Cyber.
The Director of Operational Resilience & Cyber will lead efforts on resilience and cyber policy for financial services businesses focusing on operational resilience, cybersecurity, and managing critical third parties. You’ll help clients meet regulatory needs, including managing disruptions and supporting key industry groups.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Strong understanding of Operational Resilience, including business continuity and incident management practices such as playbook development.
- Knowledge of operational resilience and cyber security, especially in financial services, banking or investments domain.
- Experience in policy development and working with financial regulatory bodies including FCA, PRA and HMT.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing a budget and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Experience with Operational resilience PS21/3, DORA, CP140, ISO22301 and ISO27031
Salary Range: £170,000 to £190,000 Depending on experience
Location: London + Hybrid working

Responsibilities:
- Lead on resilience and cyber policy development, ensuring clients needs are addressed.
- Represent the clients’ positions on resilience and cybersecurity to stakeholders in the UK, Europe, and globally.
- Lead initiatives to improve industry resilience and drive change across the industry.
- Be part of the senior leadership team and collaborate with other teams.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government and regulatory bodies.
- Develop and manage a skilled policy team.
