Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Head of Operations, you will take a leadership role in overseeing and optimizing the agency’s internal processes. Your responsibilities will include streamlining workflows, managing project timelines, ensuring effective communication across teams, and driving operational excellence.
Experience in digital marketing agencies, particularly within the home services niche, is highly valued. Fluency in English is essential for this role, as you will be leading a team and liaising with clients.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Lead and optimize all internal operations, ensuring seamless workflows and efficiency across the agency.
