JOB SUMMARY:

We seek a highly motivated and process-oriented Director of Operations to oversee and streamline our business processes, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic growth. QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in business operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in operational tools, software, and systems (e.g., project management tools, CRM, ERP).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Private practice experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Help manage the day-to-day operations: Process optimization, resource management, supply chain management, project management, financial oversight, compliance and regulatory knowledge, risk management, talent acquisition/ developmentand, and customer focus.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution: To lead the execution of strategies developed by the top management team. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement operational strategies that align with business goals.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless operations.
  • Project Management: Oversee key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Team Coordination: Lead and support cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability across departments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on operational success.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure the organization operates efficiently within financial constraints.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interests.
  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.
