POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations Consultant to join our team and contribute to our mission. The Director of Operations Consultant will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by overseeing the day-to-day operational activities and ensuring the smooth functioning of our services. This role requires a passionate individual with a background in the health center/non-profit sector, particularly in clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational activities of allied executive solutions, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to support our clients’ needs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, maintaining strong relationships with our partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, incorporating innovative solutions into our services.
  • Contribute to the growth and expansion of allied executive solutions by identifying opportunities for improvement and development.
  • Manage project leads as assigned by the leadership team, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery of services.
  • Cultivate a customer service-oriented approach within the team, prioritizing client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field is required.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., master’s in business administration, Public Health, or Health Administration) is strongly preferred.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in management, preferably in the health center, community health, or non-profit sectors with a focus on clinical operations
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing diverse teams.
  • Experience in client relationship management, including handling inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on process improvement and organizational growth.
    This position is part-time and contracted, offering flexibility in work hours. The consultant will have the opportunity to work remotely, with occasional on-site meetings.
