POSITION QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED ARE THE FOLLOWING:

• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• Minimum of five plus years of mortgage lending or servicing experience, required.
• Working knowledge of loan servicing functions and processes
• Exhibits strong leadership and critical thinking skills.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Strong and effective verbal and written communications skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, mediation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to act with integrity and trust in all work interactions.
• Experience building, managing, and developing high performing teams.
• Ability to guide team members in a way that encourages involvement and increases their sense of ownership.
• Successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
