The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for the role of Director of People. This individual will be passionate about all facets of human resources operations, possess a strategic vision, and demonstrate an exceptional ability to drive results for both employees and the brand. Effective communication and the ability to inspire others are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Talent Management: Lead the implementation of a strategic talent management program, enhance our employer brand, and spearhead employee engagement initiatives.
Leadership Development: Develop and execute a leadership development program.
Compensation and Benefits: Deliver a robust compensation and benefits program to ensure our brand is recognised as a best-in-class employer.
People Strategy: Collaborate with the board, CEO, and Senior Leadership Team to develop and execute the People Strategy.
Team Development: Lead and develop a team of People Advisors to provide exceptional service to our employees.
The Candidate
We are looking for a hands-on, proactive leader who thrives in an agile commercial environment focused on driving change within a growth business.
Demonstratable experience working as a Director of People developing and implementing a People strategy.
Experience of advising Senior Managers and reporting to the Board. REMCO experience would be advantageous.
MCIPD Qualified and/or degree or equivalent level qualification in Human Resources.
Up to date knowledge of employment legislation and HR processes.
