Description:
Northwest Talent Solutions is a leading Technology, Finance, and Healthcare staffing/recruiting and HR/DEI consulting firm partnering with outstanding clients within the private industry and public sector. Currently, we are partnered with a preferred client in Hot Springs, AR in search of a highly talented Director of People Services.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of People Services will lead the Human Resources department, overseeing all aspects of co-worker relations, recruitment, training, and HR policy development. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices in the healthcare industry.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- SHRM Certified Professional (PHR) or Senior Professional (SPHR) certification preferred
- Considerable knowledge of co-worker relations and HR management principles, practices, and procedures
- Strong understanding of laws and regulations relating to Human Resources
- Healthcare industry experience preferred

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Develop and administer HR policies and procedures
- Lead training and development programs for all levels of staff
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Manage the HR department budget
- Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational development initiatives
