- Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday 8AM - 5PM

Ascension Saint Agnes Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Physician Practice Operations to lead our team. This position plays a crucial role in overseeing daily Physician operations within Pediatrics, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Surgery and Medicine. REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’sdegree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those yearsbeing in leadership/management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policy, procedures and strategies related to the physician practice operations.
- Develop goal, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirement/objective of the organization.
- Plan, organize and direct all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives.
- Prepare operational and departmental budgets and ensure compliance with allocated funding.
- Coordinate and direct internal/external audits.
- Direct and evaluate practice activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives.
