This position demands a visionary leader who can work across the council, identifying opportunities to draw investment, bolster businesses, and channel wealth into the borough. As a member of the Executive Management Team, this role is not just about leadership but also about collaboration, technical expertise, and commercial acumen to enact transformative change in West Lancashire.
