Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth and success? The LSL Financial Services Division is looking for a dynamic Director of Planning & Transformation Delivery to join our team.
In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to shape and execute our long-term strategic plans, ensuring they are translated into actionable projects that minimize execution risk and propel our business forward.
As the Director of Planning & Transformation Delivery, you will work closely with the Divisional Executive Committee to develop a clear roadmap that identifies critical decision points across various business areas, including product development, platform enhancements, supplier management, and workforce planning.
Your leadership will be essential in overseeing strategic projects, managing outsourced resources, and ensuring that all initiatives align with our overall business strategy. You will also design and deliver a strategic dashboard to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress updates to the Change Committee, Executive, and Board.
This role requires a proven track record in strategic management, with expertise in long-term planning, performance metrics, and investment strategy. You will need to demonstrate strong commercial acumen, critical thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, your ability to identify growth opportunities and drive collaboration across the organization will be crucial in achieving our strategic objectives.
