YOUR MISSION:

As Director of Product for Conversational AI, you will oversee the product development for our AI-powered conversational products. In this leadership role you will work with several product development teams, leading a team of product managers, and drive various products to success in an exciting market and technology environment. You set the strategic direction, help teams define their execution and are part of the product leadership team. You will bring your deep experience in product management, user experience design, a thorough understanding of AI technology and experience working with Enterprise customers to build out Parloa’s leadership position in customer service automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive real consumer impact: Discover, develop and implement AI-driven solutions that increase the effectiveness and quality of customer service globally. Think big and drive positive improvements for millions of customer service interactions through the technology you and your team are building.
  • Lead Product Strategy: Establish and communicate the strategic vision for conversational AI product suite. This includes co-defining the product vision with tech leadership, setting the strategic direction, and developing a clear roadmap for achieving goals.
  • Empower & Manage Product Teams: Empower and direct a team of product managers, fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.
  • Drive Execution: Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of product features that meet market needs.
  • Enhance User Experience: Work closely with UX teams to design and refine product interfaces that enhance user interactions and satisfaction.
  • Engage Many Stakeholders: Collaborate with various internal teams, external partners that are crucial for sales and implementation success and enterprise customers to build an amazing product that fulfills their needs
  • Metrics and Analytics: Establish a data-driven approach to product development, leveraging analytics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
