Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the Product Management and Design teams to drive the development, launch, and growth of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business goals. Reporting to the SVP Platform and Delivery, You will have the opportunity to take the product strategy crafted and turn it into reality, ensuring its successful execution while also contributing your own strategic insights. Our organization is primarily remote, but there will be times when you’ll be expected to come into the Toronto office to connect and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Product Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing product management and design teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to execute against the Product Roadmap ensuring successful delivery of product projects and initiatives.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, validate product concepts, and ensure that our product offerings solve real customer problems.
  • Product Metrics: Develop and maintain a robust framework for defining and tracking key product metrics that align with business goals. Use these metrics to assess product performance, guide strategic decisions, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product features, enhance user experience, and drive revenue growth.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to lead market and competitive intelligence efforts. Drive market and product positioning, optimize sales enablement strategies, and oversee pricing and packaging to ensure alignment with business objectives and market demands.
