This position is 100% remote, with the likelihood of being onsite within the US, up to 15 days per year. Depending on experience, this position may be for a Director of Product Management or Senior Product Manager with team lead responsibilities.

Requirements:

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

  • Product management experience in digital hybrid products
  • Experience leading high performing teams
  • Experience in education sector and/or educational technology
  • UI/UX wireframe design
  • Generative AI tools for both productivity and product enhancement
  • Market analysis
  • Web accessibility, universal design, FERPA and COPPA
  • MBA or Master’s degree in Educational Technology

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Director of Technical Product Management provides the visionary leadership of CPM’s proprietary curriculum delivery platform and digital learning resources. You will work with executive leadership, key stakeholders and market intelligence to define and drive technology solutions purpose-built to unleash the power of CPM’s curriculum. Success in this position is defined by the ability to ship engaging and differentiating solutions that reflect the collective expertise of subject matter experts, market awareness, innovative technologies and good product management practices.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Lead a team of 2 other product managers
  • Lead the definition and development of customer-centric digital strategies and products, interfaces and interactions.
  • Support the execution of innovative work across creative and technology teams to promote a positive, open culture adept to rapid change and deployment.
  • Identify, scope and execute innovative digital and related selling tools to enrich our customer’s ability to create and sell customized, decorated products, and at the same time reduce friction from customer’s interactions with all digital touchpoints.
  • Intake, maintain, and prioritize a backlog of project work from a wide range of sources, to efficiently deliver for the channel. Provide clear vision and scope, use cases, workflows, and product requirements to support development.
  • Understand, manage, and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward customer and business benefits.
  • Track and analyze metrics compared to industry benchmarks, prepare reports on product performance, trends and risks/opportunities for both short and long term.
  • Support and maintain product documentation & guidance.
  • Drive digital strategies aimed at brand and product awareness and education.
  • Make digital expertise, insight, passion and creative leadership a core competency of the company.
  • Work collaboratively across the different organizational units.
  • Maintain strong partners, both inside and outside the company that bring best-in-class capabilities, technologies and ideas to our business.
