We are seeking a Director of Product Partnerships to lead the transition from initial client interest through onboarding, ensuring smooth engagement and delivering long-term product success.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Director of Product Partnerships will take ownership of client relationships from the moment they are qualified by the sales and marketing team, driving them through onboarding and early product engagement. This role ensures that product value is effectively communicated and delivers long-term success by building strategic client partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align product capabilities with customer needs and ensure a seamless transition to client operations management.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Product Expertise: Strong understanding of product management principles, with the ability to communicate technical features as business value.
- Business Development and Partnership Building: Proven ability to create and manage long-term relationships with high-value clients.
- Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across departments to align efforts and ensure smooth client experiences.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem Solving: Ability to identify opportunities and develop creative solutions for clients.
- Technical Aptitude: Experience working with AI, SaaS, or automotive solutions is highly preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or partnership roles, preferably with technical products or SaaS.
- Strong track record of managing client relationships in a consultative, product-focused environment.
- Familiarity with AI-based solutions and experience working with Fortune 500 clients is a plus.

- Manage Client Onboarding: Own relationships with Fortune 500 clients from initial product engagement through onboarding.

- Drive Product-Led Growth: Increase adoption through product-centric strategies, focusing on delivering measurable outcomes for clients.
- Develop Playbooks and Processes: Create frameworks to streamline handoffs, ensure consistent communication, and optimize the client acquisition process.
