Description:

The Director of Project Management Office (PMO), with a focus on software development projects, is responsible for leading and managing the Project Management Office, specifically overseeing the delivery of software development initiatives. This role requires deep understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices, along with strong leadership and strategic skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • 10 years of experience in software development leadership roles, with a focus on managing complexsoftware development projects and portfolios.
  • Deep understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies, including Agile,DevOps, CI/CD, etc.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence andcollaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time and within budget, whilemeeting business objectives and customer expectations.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability,collaboration, and continuous learning.
