Description:
Are you ready to take on a transformative challenge? Imagine leading a powerhouse sales team in an industry poised for explosive growth. At Qwikkit, we’ve carved out a unique space in the booming cabinet refacing market, skyrocketing from zero to $50 million in revenue in just seven years. Now, we’re looking for a visionary Director of Regional Sales to amplify this success. Your mission is to spearhead our expansion across existing territories and break new ground in untapped markets. You’ll be the driving force behind our ambitious revenue goals, leveraging your expertise to lead a team of 5-10 high-performing Regional Sales Representatives. If you’re up for a challenge that will push your limits and redefine what’s possible, we want to talk to you.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 Regional Sales Representatives (RSRs) to exceed sales quotas and drive growth across all assigned territories.
- Hire, train, and develop top sales talent with deep expertise in Qwikkit products and value propositions.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass parts quotas and grow Qwikkit’s market share within assigned regions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics using Salesforce and Power BI to ensure consistent target achievement.
- Conduct diagnostic analyses of channels, geographies, accounts, and funnel indicators to identify areas of strength and opportunity for each RSR.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance through regular coaching, training, and development sessions.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with each RSR to assess performance, set goals, and plan for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate weekly calls and joint sales visits (virtual or in-person) with RSRs to prioritize and capitalize on sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present weekly reports on sales activities, including forecasting and pipeline management, to the VP of Regional Sales.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by attending industry events and networking within the sector.
- Travel 25-50% of the time to support RSRs, conduct market visits, and engage with key clients.
You Should Bring:
- Minimum of 5 years sales team leadership experience in a goal-based environment.
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or similar senior sales role in a comparable industry.
- Demonstrated history of leading a high-performance sales team to exceed sales quotas in a goal-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and web-based applications (LinkedIn, SFDC, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
