QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Specific skills and knowledge qualifications include but are not limited to:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field (Business, Communications, Marketing)
- A minimum of 5 years’ results-oriented experience with a strategic focus in resource development and/or communications
- Demonstrated commitment to community-based, women-centered movements
- Experience contributing at a senior management level in a not-for-profit environment, with demonstrated success in developing high-performing teams
- Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE) or IABC/CPRS designation would be an asset
- Seasoned media spokesperson with crisis communications experience, an media trainer, and a skillful presentation coach
- Professional demeanor including exceptional written and verbal communication skills, diplomacy, integrity, and ethics
- A team player who values an environment of open communication and collaboration
- Experienced with CRM, digital marketing tools, and web-based platforms such as WordPress, Canva, Mailchimp, and Vimeo
