Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Sales Airlines (UK & Europe), will manage and grow the highest value and largest potential Share of Wallet airline accounts for Hilton. Segmentation responsibilities include CREW and PERMANENT. Based in the UK, they will be accountable for the performance of selected accounts across the UK and Continental Europe and will be responsible for a team member in the Frankfurt Hub team.
They will create and communicate the account strategies in order to drive increased market share and demonstrate value to both internal and external customers.
The Director of Sales is accountable for the performance of their key strategic Airline accounts. To do this, they need to proactively manage the relationships with customers as well as internal stakeholders such as GMs, CD’s, and Hotel Managers. They need to create, communicate and execute the account strategies in order to drive increased and unfair share whilst also managing the execution of various projects and processes that will drive performance.
Responsibilities:
