POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Director of Sales is responsible for growing their market’s sales and profitability by developing and executing a market business plan. This includes coaching and developing the sales team through direct observations and ride-alongs, contributing to monthly forecasts and annual budgets, and achieving sales targets. The Director of Sales will coordinate local activities with supply chain leaders, other sales leaders, and maintain strong relationships with high-priority customers through face-to-face sales calls.
