Description:
Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales growth strategy. As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and implement marketing strategies, drive sales performance, and foster strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Design and implement targeted marketing plans for company products.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor sales performance to ensure quota attainment.
Create and present insightful sales performance reports.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build productive relationships.
Work autonomously as a self-sufficient team member.
Collaborate with solution design teams based in India, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and documentation for new projects.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years’ proven sales experience with a successful track record.
Proven experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in a mid-senior role.
Expertise in modern marketing techniques and commercial trends.
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
UK-based.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Compensation: This role offers a revenue-share arrangement with a high and recurring financial incentive.
