Description:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Sales & Revenue Programs is responsible for managing and optimizing revenue products and programs, including third party operators, industry partners, and public & private events.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS, ABILITIES AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Five to eight years sales and event experience in hospitality/ tourism/ attraction industry
- Self-motivated, focused and must be able to foster a team and collaborative environment
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
- Strong leadership, organizational, process improvement and relationship management skills and the ability to mentor and lead junior staff
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Multi-lingual a plus
TYPICAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
