Description:

As Sales Director of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons you will be responsible for leading, delivering and managing the sales strategy of the hotel. This role requires a strong background in Sales, a deep understanding of the luxury travel industry and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other departments and outside property sales teams to ensure alignment and maximise sales potential
  • Stay up to date with key industry trends and competitor activities
