Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the sales team: Oversee the daily management and growth of the sales team while ensuring the implementation of best practices.
- Recruitment and performance supervision: Supervise the recruitment of sales team members and ensure optimal performance from each team member.
- Training and development: Train team members to maximize their full potential.
- Performance tracking: Ensure the team has the necessary resources to meet sales targets and conduct rigorous performance tracking.
- Sales planning and go-to-market strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies based on geographic regions and market segments.
- Forecasting tools and pipeline management: Implement and maintain sales forecasting and pipeline management tools for clear visibility on goals.
- High-value transactions: Actively participate in high-value transactions, including negotiations, contract management, and on-site visits.
- Sales target assignment and tracking: Assign clear sales targets and ensure that resources are optimally allocated to meet the company’s financial goals.
- Commission and bonus programs: Collaborate with managers to develop competitive commission/bonus programs aligned with the overall sales strategy.
- Sales reporting: Provide monthly sales reports and other relevant analyses to management.
- Collaborate with the executive committee: Participate directly in the company’s strategic decisions and influence growth directions.
- Tradeshow and business travel planning: Travel to meet key clients, strengthen business relationships, and represent the company at industry trade shows and events.
