Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in our senior management team, leading strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue across all channels. You will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing corporate MICE business, ensuring we maximise yield and achieve sales goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets.
  • Own and monitor sales performance, ensuring short, medium, and long-term strategies are in place.
  • Identify and manage corporate MICE business across multiple market sectors and geographic territories.
  • Collaborate with venue and central marketing teams to ensure all promotional content is up to date across all channels.
  • Actively engage in client visits, arrange and host FAM trips, conduct client show rounds, execute telesales and email campaigns, and participate in sales blitzes.
