Job Description
We are looking for a passionate talent with former hotels Sales & Marketing experience who will oversee and drive from Sales & Marketing point of view the successful opening of Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně Resort hotel; a newly constructed 5-star hotel with 125 hotel rooms and suites. The amazing new built hotel is set to open in March 2025, operated under Swissôtel brand via Hotel Management Agreement.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in hotel Sales & Marketing
  • Experience with all key market segments – Corporate, MICE, Leisure group, Leisure individual
  • Experience in premium and luxury segment, resort hotel is an advantage
  • Negotiation level English language skills, additionally German a big plus
  • University degree
  • High degree of commercial awareness and aptitude, strong presentation skills
  • Strong background in Destination marketing, social media and Revenue management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Good management and analytical skills
  • Guest - and quality-oriented thinking
  • Dedication, professional commitment
  • Strong influencing, negotiating and interpersonal skill

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual commercial plan to achieve annual business objective.
  • Lead, manage and monitor all day-to-day sales and marketing activities with focus on developing strategic value-based client relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives.
  • Lead the preparation of regular business reports including monthly reports, annual goals and targets, sales and marketing budget, forecasts and other reports as required.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Manage key and niche accounts across the main segments and execute account plans to key clients within these segments.
  • Proactive sales on determined hotel segments – leisure individual, leisure groups, MICE, governmental
  • Development of offers suitable for guests
  • Conducting negotiations, preparing contracts
  • Representation of the hotel in business circles and at various events
