Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will play an essential role in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies that align with organizational goals for the Real Estate Group. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong understanding of market dynamics, client relationship management, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales and marketing and will enhance brand presence in competitive markets resulting in revenue growth.
Annual Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that support organizational objectives for the group of companies. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to define and achieve organizational goals, ensuring alignment with company’s vision and strategy. Forster an environment of continuous improvement and identify new market opportunities and industry trends.
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage sales team to achieve revenue targets, focusing on new clients and existing client relationships. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and key internal and external stakeholders. Manage full sales cycle will a focus on conversion, ensuring each stage contributes to successful outcomes. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Marketing Leadership: oversee the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across all channels including digital, print, and social media. Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all business units maintaining companies brand identity. Oversee marketing budget and work with marketing team to ensure maximum ROI.
- Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, design, asset management, development and construction teams to ensure that sales and marketing is aligned with project goals including timeline and budget.
- Leadership: Foster an environment of collaboration between the sales and marketing team. Lead and mentor teams, providing guidance, training and support to achieve individual and team goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, purchasing behaviours, opportunities, competitors, and threats.
- Reporting and Analytics: Presenting regular reports and updates to Senior Leadership on sales performance forecasts, market trends, and marketing campaigns. Use data to continuously improve sales and marketing strategies.
