DIRECTOR OF SALES - TRANSPORTATION

Wilride Transport, based in Guelph, Ontario is seeking an experienced proven transportation executive to build and develop their asset and logistic based sales group.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the sales team and will have extensive knowledge of the asset and non asset environment in the for hire trucking environment.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

· 5+ years of experience leading a sales team to drive results
· Possesses exceptional negotiation skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Must be self-motivated and energetic
· Excels in a fast-paced environment
· Proven track record of sales management success

Experience:

• trucking industry sales team lead: 5 years (required

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Hiring and developing highly skilled and motivated sales individuals
· Developing sales revenue targets, and individual sales goals
· Maintaining and expanding our current revenue with major clients
· Providing regular sales reporting results to management
