Description:
Director of Service Delivery Responsibilities:
- Working with stakeholders to ensure that all service delivery needs are met or exceeded on contracts.
- Managing communication with clients and project teams on contract actions, deliverables, and overall performance management.
- Supporting or leading business development and marketing efforts in coordination with the Director of Strategic Growth and other corporate leadership.
- Leading operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage existing processes and procedures for operations, contract management, performance management, finance, recruiting, and business development and improving processes or developing new ones as needed.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic planning for revenue generation, maintenance of existing contracts, capture of follow-on contracts, and win new work and new clients.
- Provide overall guidance, leadership, development, and execution of business responsibilities to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators or other metrics.
Job Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with DoD program management
- Ability to maintain a clearance, if required
- Managing overall performance parameters for multiple contracts
- Interfacing with clients to maintain and build relationships
- Managing project budgets, costs, and profit margins
- Supporting business development activities through opportunity identification, proposal writing, attending conferences, client meetings, developing marketing materials, writing past performance, and other growth activities.
- Personnel supervision and employee performance management
- Supporting hiring activities for new personnel
- Support to corporate operations
- Support for process compliance
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility, including but not limited to bending, reaching, and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work, walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25lbs.
