Description:
Director of Strategic Growth and Development - Rehema for Kids
The Director of Strategic Growth and Development Director will be tasked with driving RFK’s expansion initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategic plans to achieve sustainable development. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of RFK and ensuring its long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and sustainability of Rehema for Kids programs in collaboration with the Executive Director.
- Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities including corporate partnerships, civic organization funding and new donors to support organizational growth.
- Lead initiatives to diversify revenue streams and ensure financial stability in new regions identified by the Executive Director.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute fundraising campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate growth strategies into overall organizational planning and operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, funders, and community partners to enhance the organization’s reputation and credibility.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the nonprofit sector – especially related to social media.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies as determined by key performance indicators set by the Executive Director.
- Maintain CRM to track information and gift history.
- Other tasks necessary to meet the needs of the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in nonprofit leadership, development, or fundraising.
- Proven track record of successfully growing nonprofit organizations and securing funding.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in events management including planning, budgeting, and execution.
- Proficiency in social media management and email marketing tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative growth strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Passion for the mission and values of Rehema for Kids.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Strong, personal relationship with Christ.
This position is hybrid and requires travel approximately 30% of the time, sometimes on weekends
