MINIMUM EDUCATION:

Master’s Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of ten years of leadership experience, 7+ years in healthcare operations

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Undergraduate degree in a clinical area preferred.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the operational activities of the Supportive & Integrative Oncology departments through effective communication, administration and implementation of best practices.
  • Collaborate with regional and enterprise leadership to develop and implement long-term strategic plans that support the COH MVVB and goals.
  • Commit to operational and clinical excellence through continual improvement of processes, support of lean principles and participation in local and enterprise quality improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with numerous external regulatory agencies (Joint Commission, CMS, etc.) and certifying/quality agencies (QOPI, NABPC, NQMBC, COC, etc.).
  • Lead talent management processes and budget development for direct and programmatic reports and departments Define and clarify roles, set expectations for performance, manage disciplinary action, evaluation and prepare talent for succession planning
