Description:
Kennedys is looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Systems and Solutions to lead our IT systems and solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of IT systems and solutions that support the firm’s strategic objectives and operational needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of technology trends and innovations.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT systems and solutions development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and project management methodologies
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in IT management tools and software
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- Experience in the legal or professional services industry
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
