DIRECTOR OF TALENT & CULTURE
We are looking for a dynamic leader who is truly passionate about all aspects of talent & culture operations, and who has a strategic vision, and an exceptional ability to drive results for both heartists and the brand, to communicate effectively, and to inspire others.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as Director of HR preferably for a reputed Resort in UAE.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Should be a proactive leader with strong interpersonal skills
- Passionate HR Personality with a strong focus on employee engagement
Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department and collaborate with senior leadership on the implementation of the human resources strategy
- Promote positive colleagues relations through an environment that encourages open communication, trust, mutual respect, and fun
- Play an integral role in the Executive Committee, with a particular emphasis on coaching, support, employee relations, and overseeing all aspects of administration and reporting
- Oversee the administration of talent & culture programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leaves; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development
- Oversee and manage all recruitment in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Challenge the status quo on how we can improve the way we do things to create an even better guest and employee experience with a strong focus on engagement activities.
