The Opportunity
Are you ready to take the next step in your career and make a real impact? As our Director of Talent Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Glanbia. You’ll be responsible for implementing an overarching Enterprise Talent Strategy, seamlessly connecting the Talent & Succession Planning Process (TSP), talent development methodologies, and the Performance Management Process. Partnering directly with the Chief People Officer (CPO) and working closely with our Talent Center of Excellence (COE) and HR Business Partner (HRBP) teams, you’ll drive better talent decisions and enable the acceleration of talent through intentional development, resulting in stronger business outcomes.
What You’ll Do Develop and execute an innovative Enterprise Talent Strategy that integrates Talent & Succession Planning (TSP), talent development methodologies, and Performance Management Processes. Design and implement processes and training programs for HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Leaders, and Employees to enhance skills in talent management. Lead workforce planning initiatives by analyzing trends to predict labor impacts and aligning workforce with strategic business goals. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Chief People Officers (CPOs), Business Unit HR (BU HR), People Services Organization (PSO), and business leadership to ensure strategic business alignment. Partner with Talent Acquisition, DE&I, and Learning teams to align TSP with recruitment, talent management, diversity, and upskilling tactics and objectives. Implement a framework to drive continuous process improvement and evolution in sophistication and efficiency of talent processes.
The Skills You Will Bring to the Team Mastery in talent insights strategy, human capital analytics, data architecture, and leveraging technology for innovation in process efficiencies. Demonstrated success in scaling talent management initiatives within fast-growing organizations. Strong leadership capabilities with experience setting clear goals, coaching team members, and ensuring accountability within teams. Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution, managing through ambiguity. Proficiency in influencing action through data-driven insights across HR and diverse business units. Tech-savvy with the capability to leverage current and emerging technology to accelerate innovation.
