Are you passionate about shaping the future of talent development and fostering a culture of continuous learning? We are seeking a pragmatic but creative Director of Talent, Organizational Effectiveness & Learning to join our team and drive our enterprise-wide strategies.
THE IDEAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 7- 10 years of previous experience leading and creating talent programs including performance management, leadership development, workforce planning, change management – all tying directly to business strategy and operating plans
- Post secondary education in HR or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrated group facilitation skills and executive level presentation experience
- Ability to build strong work relationships with peers and key stakeholders across the business, having a strong client service mindset
- Conceptual thinking with a natural curiosity for continuous improvement

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Leadership: Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will design, build, and execute comprehensive talent development and learning strategies across the organization. You will lead a small team of learning and talent consultants.
- Talent Management: Lead the development and execution of programs that identify key talent throughout our organization.
- Develop and implement talent and performance management strategies
- Integrate the employee value proposition with organizational values and purpose.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives, including annual and pulse surveys.
- Partner with CPO to deliver information to the Board and senior leadership on talent programs
- Organizational Design and Effectiveness: Lead the creation of high-performing team structures. Consult with senior leaders to ensure structures are aligned consistent with optimal design and in support of the current and future state of the business.
- Leadership Development: Design, develop and launch a cutting-edge leadership development program to cultivate the next generation of leaders. As well as support succession planning discussions.
- Learning: Design and implement strategic programs and initiatives to support organizational change within the company with the goal of improving performance, culture and learning. Including building and integrating a competency-based skills model.
- Work closely with business learning teams to ensure consistent framework and learning philosophy
- Enhance the onboarding employee experience
