Paysafe is seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Technology & Insights to join our People & Legal team. Reporting to the Vice President of Global People Enablement, this key leadership role will drive the strategic development, execution, and management of Paysafe’s technology and insights initiatives for our People & Legal teams. The successful candidate will lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency, ensure data privacy, facilitated cross-functional collaboration and foster strong governance of our technology platforms and processes. This role is crucial to aligning technology solutions with business processes, supporting continuous improvement, and facilitating organizational transformation.
The Senior Director will manage a team of two People Technology specialists and work closely with third-party vendors to ensure seamless business/system process continuity. Additionally, they will identify opportunities to optimize processes and collaborate with senior leadership across the organization. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels within Paysafe.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred and eight or more years of progressive human resources professional experience
  • 8 years of HCM experience with at least 4 years’ experience as a Team or Functional lead
  • Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors solutions strongly preferred. Preferable experience includes implementation and support of SuccessFactors modules
  • Supervisory experience required in the management of technical and business employee resources and third party vendors
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, decision making, project management, interpersonal and communication skills required
  • Must have extensive and detailed technical expertise and application of relevant legal and / o r human resources principles, theories and concepts
  • Strong people leadership experience and direction to staff and colleagues
  • Customer focused and possess: (1) the ability to identify issues, analyze and interpret data, and develop innovative solutions to a variety of unusually complex problems using a high degree of independent judgment; (2) excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills to accurately document, report, and present findings to a variety of audiences including executive and senior management, senior external parties and government agencies; (3) excellent interpersonal skills to influence and guide all levels of employees, including senior managers and senior external parties; (4) the ability to effectively and efficiently initiate, plan, budget and manage projects; and (5) knowledge of computer applications and operations pertinent to the field
  • Ability to work on a self- initiated basis and lead in a team environment and able to work extended hours and travel as required

Responsibilities:

  • Consistently drives optimization of processes through technology. Delivers new solutions and enhances current processes to deliver new capabilities to business partners within a complex organizational structure
  • Developing and implementing processes to streamline legal workflows, improve productivity, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • In conjunction with key People & Legal stakeholders, develops enterprise-wide systems strategy and roadmaps. Leads implementation of various initiatives to accomplish strategy
  • Coordination with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of legal operations with broader business objectives.
  • Leading integration work with various technologies and serving as SME for assessing and resolving integration issues, this includes providing training and support to People and Legal team members on the use of technology and tools.
  • Leads, develops and maintains governance structure aligned with business processes
  • Strong technical capabilities with the ability to engage in strategic discussions with internal clients throughout the organization and third-party vendors
  • Responsible for collaborating with senior leaders, technology and business subject matter experts and third-party vendors; and to assess feasibility, determine costs versus benefits, prioritize projects and develop and implement systems plans
  • Responsible for functional support issue resolution and the management of overall resolution response time
  • Responsible for developing & implementing the Workforce Analytics strategy for the Organization
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive data management system to track and report on key People and Legal metrics, which includes analyzing data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Provides deep knowledge of HRIS (SuccessFactors) and ServiceNow (or similar) solutions and People and Legal business processes to lead and direct HRIS Specialists and members of the Legal team.
