Director, Operations
JOB SUMMARY
Anticipates high-impact issues and leads development of strategies for mitigating. Collaborates with global leaders to develop and implement operational strategy and systems roadmap, and forecasts global operational training needs and documentation strategy.

Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Manages cross-functional teams of Sr. Managers, providing strategic guidance and direction to drive team results
Training
- Forecasts global operational training needs, establishes plans, and secures resources for deploying training to address those needs
Process Development/Management
- Collaborates on the development of operational strategy with other global, cross-functional thought leaders, and leads implementation of strategy
Budgeting/Financial Management
- Sets and manages budget for own team or area of responsibility
Project/Program Leadership
- Leads broad-scale regional or global projects that have an impact on the business, working with cross-functional teams, including business partners (Finance, IT, P&L) and general contractors (e.g., looking at bigger bids, projects with higher visibility, greater spend)
Operations Strategy
- Assesses company’s strategic direction for operational impact
