About this opportunity
The Director, Operations Support & Continuous Improvement is a critical leadership role that focuses on identifying, evaluating and implementing operational improvements to advance team-member engagement, client experience, and performance management, while finding opportunities to generate efficiencies and cost-savings.
This role champions continuous improvement and leads change management initiatives impacting non-clinical processes. The outcomes will be critical to achieve Rehabilitation Services’ ambitious growth goals by ensuring operational processes are well-documented, optimized, and aligned with broader objectives.
The Director, Operations Support & Continuous Improvement creates, models, and supports a culture of excellence in execution, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

- In partnership with SVP, Clinical & Operational Excellence, you will create and implement operations standards across all regions by fostering strong collaboration, providing clear communication, and driving accountability
- You will work with Leadership and IT to develop and implement sound data principles to enable the effective management of lines of business
- You will consistently seek to improve processes and reduce non-value add tasks to help further amplify a client-first experience
- You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of all non-clinical operations standard operating procedures and influencing management to ensure consistent implementation across all clinics
- You will lead the operations teams in optimizing cross-functional workflows that equip our team members to execute daily operations effectively and efficiently
- You will develop solutions and long-term strategic plans aligned with long term organizational goals
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- 5-8 years of related experience with demonstrated track record of success
- Exceptional time management skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
- Interest in learning new technologies and drive for continuous efficiencies in process
- Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures, set priorities, and respond to changing demands from multiple sources
- Comfortable communicating and providing guidance through in-person, phone and virtual settings
- Experience with mentoring and onboarding team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including creating and facilitating presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence others
- Strong project management skills
