We are now seeking to appoint an inspirational and creative Director of Marketing and Student Recruitment to lead the marketing team. The successful candidate will have the scope to develop and execute the marketing strategy, with the ability to be creative and innovative, developing marketing plans to maximise student enrolment, develop our brand identity, and further enhance the college profile and reputation in the local and wider community.
Leading on the strategic development and implementation of brand, marketing and communication across all channels, you will develop and deliver an outstanding customer service and student experience strategy securing growth in student recruitment whilst building stakeholder engagement. Strong leadership skills with the ability to get the best out of your team are also of paramount importance.
